EBCE has implemented new protections to assist customers experiencing economic hardship due to COVID-19. Impacted customers will not be disconnected for non-payment of electricity bills, EBCE has suspended the return of non-paying customers back to PG&E service, and we are suspending collections activities through at least May 2020. EBCE has received reports of door-to-door solicitations and automated phone calls from entities claiming to be representatives of EBCE. EBCE does not engage in door-to-door efforts or automated outbound phone calls to solicit enrollment or request personal information. If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent EBCE, please do not provide your personal information or accept enrollment. The other party is not a representative of EBCE.
