EBCE, with Peninsula Clean Energy, Silicon Valley Clean Energy and Silicon Valley Power, issued an RFP to equip thousands of homes and businesses with batteries, combined with new or existing solar systems. The goal is to focus on serving “low-income residents, customers with life-dependent medical equipment, and residents and businesses located in disadvantaged communities.”
