East Bay Community Energy is Helping to Make Our Community Resilient!

SIGN UP NOW TO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT RESILIENT HOME, ALAMEDA COUNTY’S NEW SOLAR + BATTERY BACKUP PROGRAM

This summer EBCE is helping homeowners reduce the cost and complexity of installing rooftop solar and battery backup. The new Resilient Home program will enable you to store the energy you produce and use it when electricity rates are highest, as well as keep the lights on and the fridge cold during a power outage.

Wildfire season will be here soon and the time to prepare for potential PG&E grid outages is now. Residential solar installations are considered an essential service by the State of California and EBCE’s new Resilient Home program can help residents throughout Alameda County power through, together.

If you already have solar, or are just interested in battery backup, no problem. EBCE has done the legwork and preselected an experienced solar and battery backup provider who will start scheduling remote home assessments in June. Discounted pricing and state incentives will be available.

To help you decide if solar and / or battery backup is a good fit for your home, please register your interest below. When Resilient Home launches this summer EBCE will connect you to the program’s preselected provider. Completing the interest form does not obligate you to program participation.

* Customers in Newark, Pleasanton, and Tracy will be eligible if/when EBCE launches service in those cities
