Kelly Birdwell Brezovec
Director, Account Services
Kelly is the lead customer care representative for EBCE, overseeing the contact center, issue resolution, and procedures. Kelly has over 10 years of experience in the utility industry and has spent time at PG&E as an account manager and more recently as an energy efficiency and green power program manager at Alameda Municipal Power. Prior to the utility industry, Kelly worked in the semiconductor industry. She has an MBA in sustainability from Presidio Graduate School and a BS in engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
